Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. They’re written in plain English and they apply whether you’re browsing the services we offer, looking through past projects, or sending us a request for a quote.

1. Acceptance

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site.

2. What this site is

This is the marketing website for WAMS Stylish Coatings, a partnership of Wesley Aspengren and Mason Schroeder operating as authorized RevaFlex distributors based in Albertville, Minnesota. It’s here so you can learn about the surfaces we install, see how RevaFlex compares to traditional materials, and request an estimate.

The site itself doesn’t process payments and doesn’t form a binding contract for any work. If you’d like us to do a project for you, the actual agreement (scope, schedule, price, warranty) happens separately, in writing, through our normal estimate and contract process.

3. Submitting the contact form

When you submit the contact form, you’re asking us to reach out about your project. That’s it. Submitting the form is not a contract, and it doesn’t commit you to hiring us or commit us to taking on the work. Final pricing, scope, and contract terms are always agreed in a separate written document.

We do ask that the information you submit is truthful. Don’t submit fake names or contact details, don’t use the form to spam us, and don’t submit content that infringes someone else’s rights.

4. Intellectual property

The content on this site (project photos, written copy, branding, layout) is owned by WAMS Stylish Coatings or by LuxAero Tech LLC, except where it clearly belongs to someone else. In particular, RevaFlex™and the RevaFlex Paving system are trademarks and product systems of their respective owner; WAMS is an authorized distributor for the contracted central Minnesota territory. Any RevaFlex marks, photos sourced from the RevaFlex parent site, or other parent-brand assets used here belong to their owner and appear with permission. Don’t copy, republish, or build derivative works from site content without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Use the site for what it’s for. Specifically, please don’t:

  • attack, probe, or attempt to compromise the site or the systems behind it,
  • scrape it abusively or in violation of reasonable rate limits,
  • submit spam or junk through the contact form,
  • impersonate another person or business, or
  • use the site for any purpose that’s illegal under Minnesota or U.S. law.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link out to third-party sites. Examples include the RevaFlex parent brand, Google reviews, social media, and our partner contractor Mason’s Stamping & Concrete. Those sites are run by other people and companies, and we’re not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies govern your interactions with them.

7. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available.” Surface descriptions, photos, and any pricing references are illustrative only. The actual scope and price for your project are agreed in writing with us after a site visit and estimate.

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information on it is current at every moment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither WAMS Stylish Coatings nor LuxAero Tech LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total combined liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This limitation is about the website. It doesn’t affect any warranty or other obligation we take on for actual installation work. Those obligations are governed by the separate written contract we sign with each customer.

9. Indemnification

If your misuse of the site causes a claim against us (for example, you submit infringing content or use the site to do something unlawful), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAMS Stylish Coatings and LuxAero Tech LLC, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for that claim.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wright County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we’ll change the “Effective” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you’ve accepted the new version.
