RevaFlex
Comfortable, slip-resistant rubber surfacing for patios, pool decks, walkways, and any wet-deck surface. RevaFlex is mixed and trowelled on site over your existing concrete or aggregate base, so most jobs finish without a tear-out and you walk on the surface within a day or two.
What RevaFlex is.
RevaFlex is a residential-grade rubber surfacing system. EPDM rubber granules are mixed with a resin binder and applied by hand to the prepared substrate. The result is a seamless, flexible surface that grips when wet, gives a little under bare feet, and stays color-stable in direct sun.
A typical residential crew is two installers and one mixer working off rubber granules in bags and resin in buckets. Crew size scales with the surface area of the job.

Slip-resistant when wet
The surface texture is built into the pour, so wet pool decks, splash zones, and patios stay grippable instead of slick.

The pigment is built into the rubber granules, not painted on top, so the surface holds its color through years of direct sun without fading.
Crack-resistant
RevaFlex flexes with the substrate underneath instead of fracturing. When the slab below moves a few millimeters from seasonal frost, the surface above moves with it.
Installs over what you have
Concrete, asphalt, tile, brick, wood, aluminum, steel, or compacted crushed stone. The compacted-stone option lets us install around an in-ground pool deck without pouring new concrete first.

Garage and workshop applications.
RevaFlex resists gasoline, diesel, motor oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid, and other shop chemicals. For a hobby garage floor, a workshop, or an entry pad that sees vehicle drips, that chemical resistance lets the surface absorb a spill without staining or breaking down. This often comes up after a customer asks about the patio and then realizes the same surface solves their garage floor problem.
Custom colors and designs.
RevaFlex offers a standard color palette plus custom blends mixed on site. Logos and patterns can be woven in during the cure window, so it is realistic to put a household monogram into a patio or a logo into a commercial entry pad.
How a RevaFlex install runs.
- Prep. The substrate is cleaned and primed.
- Mix and pour. Colored EPDM granules are combined with the resin binder and applied to the prepared surface.
- Smooth and cure. The crew trowels the surface flat and lets it set in place.
- Weave in designs. Logos, patterns, and color accents are added during the cure window if the project calls for them.
- Ready. Most projects are walk-ready in 24 to 48 hours.
