A new surface for the patio you already have
The typical Lake Havasu patio is a broom-finished slab off the back of the house, often under a patio cover or a shade structure. Years of sun and foot traffic leave it faded and stained. Some have started to crack.
RevaFlex goes on top of that slab. The patio gets a new surface without demolition or a new pour, and the concrete underneath stays where it is.
Covered patios and open ones
Under a patio cover, color is mostly a matter of taste. On an open patio it matters more, because a dark surface in full sun runs warmer than a light one on a summer afternoon.

One look from the patio to the pool
If the patio connects to a pool deck or a walkway, the same surface can run through all of it so the yard reads as one design. You can also change colors at the edge of the patio or add a border. There are 13 color mixes and 13 solid colors, and custom mixes are available on request.

Cracks and old repairs
Old patching, uneven sections, and cracks all get checked before we quote. A hairline crack that is not moving is handled in prep, because RevaFlex flexes with the slab instead of fracturing.
A section that has sunk, or a slab that is still shifting, needs repair first. If that is the case, we will say so before any work is scheduled.
What a patio project looks like
- Photos and a look at the slab. Send a few pictures with your request, and we follow up to go over the patio and the colors.
- Prep. The slab is cleaned and primed, and edges and drains are checked.
- Install. EPDM rubber granules and resin are mixed on site and troweled on by hand.
- Back to normal. In most conditions the patio is usable again in about 24 to 48 hours.

Can you resurface a covered patio?
Yes. A covered patio is still a concrete slab, and RevaFlex bonds to concrete. The cover only changes how the finished surface feels on a summer afternoon, not how it is installed.
How soon can we use the patio again?
In most conditions the new surface is ready to use in about 24 to 48 hours. We will tell you when it is ready for furniture and the grill to go back out.
Can a RevaFlex patio match our pool deck?
Yes. Running the same blend across the patio and the pool deck makes them read as one space. You can also pick a second color and set a border where the two meet.
