RevaFlex Rubber Surfacing in Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Most homes here are built around the backyard. The pool deck and the patio get used almost every day of the year, and the concrete under them takes a beating from the sun. RevaFlex gives that concrete a new surface without breaking it out.

RevaFlex is a rubber surfacing system. Small EPDM rubber granules are mixed on site with a resin and troweled by hand over the prepared surface. It bonds to concrete, asphalt, wood, or compacted crushed stone. In most conditions it is ready to use in about 24 to 48 hours.

RevaFlex has authorized us to install in Lake Havasu City, and our Arizona work runs out of Lake Havasu City itself. The product and the way we install it are the same here. Sun and UV. The pigment is part of the rubber granules, not a paint layer on top. RevaFlex is made to keep its color in direct sun.

Hot surfaces. Every outdoor surface gets hot in a Havasu summer, and this one does too. Color choice makes a real difference, because lighter blends take on less heat from the sun than dark ones. We walk through color with you before you decide.

Wet decks and bare feet. The finish is textured and non-glazed, so it grips when it is wet. It also has some give underfoot compared to concrete.

Old or cracked concrete. A lot of older pool decks are structurally sound and just look tired. RevaFlex goes over them. Cracks get looked at first, because the cause matters. A hairline surface crack is prep work. A slab that is still moving needs repair before any new surface goes down.

Second homes and rentals. Care is simple. Sweep it, rinse it with a hose, and use mild soap when it needs more. That matters for a place you are not at every week.
